Valérie van ‘t Lam contributes a wealth of planning and environmental law expertise as co-head of Stibbe’s ESG focus group.
In a major mandate, van ‘t Lam advised a leading Dutch airline on its collaboration with the Dutch Food Authority and European Commission to gain the regulatory approval to recycle intercontinental waste. Van ‘t Lam also acts for a multinational beverage company regarding the possibility under EU legislation to use a brewing byproduct as a bioenergy source.
Van ‘t Lam is a regular thought leader at the intersection of the green transition and EU law, authoring insights on topics including the Omnibus package, EUDR, and Green Deal.
