Smith is well-versed in acting for major corporate and private equity clients concerning ESG regulatory risk and compliance.

Smith serves on the advisory board of the Corporate Political Responsibility Hub and is also a member of the UN Global Compact’s Expert Network. As part of his engagement with the firm’s thought leadership output, Smith recently co-led a panel exploring developments in the ESG landscape.
