Dedicated to driving change also within the firm, he additionally chairs the firm’s Green Committee, advising on internal sustainability initiatives.
Hammer frequently speaks and writes on environmental- and ESG-related issues. He sat on the steering committee for Cambridge Forums’ inaugural Forum for ESG Legal Leaders in 2022 and again in 2023, where he has led many discussions on topics ranging from working with ESG consultants to the politicization of ESG, and ESG challenges and opportunities for private equity firms.
