As a core focus of his practice, Clugston regularly acts for multi-national private equity funds, institutional sponsors, and renewables developers on the development and financing of green assets and portfolios across Southeast Asia.
Clugston regularly hosts workshops to support clients in navigating risk in the renewable project lifecycle and leveraging opportunities in the development of green hydrogen projects. A particular expert in the financing of the coal power transition, Clugston shared his expertise within the World Resources Institute’s and Singapore Green Finance Centre’s expert workshop on accelerating the phase-out of coal and deployment of renewables.
