Focusing his practice particularly on regulatory compliance matters, Gräler regularly assists domestic and international clients in establishing and improving compliance management systems to meet the requirements set out by domestic and EU regulation including the German Supply Chain Act, CSDDD, EU Batteries Regulation, and EUDR. Gräler also helps clients conduct internal investigations in case of potential non-compliance issues with environmental or ESG regulations.
