With over 20 years of experience in energy and infrastructure, Brendan Oviedo is an integral member of Hernandez CAA’s projects, and energy and climate change practices. Clemente Pérez at Guerrero Olivos has a longstanding practice focusing on environmental issues, clean energy projects, and climate change matters. He brings extensive experience in environmental litigation, and often advises clients on groundbreaking sustainable finance deals that help accelerate the green transition in the region.
