Nicole Jaureguiberry heads up Perez Alati’s conservation and natural resources department, focusing her practice on the public law and environmental sectors. In particular, she is known for her expertise in natural protected areas and in regulatory issues related to the environment. Bringing experience as former General Counsel at the National Park Service of the National Ministry of Environment, she often advises the public sector on legal matters surrounding the conservation of natural resources, sustainability and climate change.
Jaureguiberry is also a regular speaker and author on these topics, and is an active member of the Women in Nature Network (WiNN) in Argentina.
