Michelle Broere at Loyens & Loeff is a key contact on green and sustainable finance mandates. Broere regularly supports the team on sustainability-related finance transactions and, in a pro bono mandate, advised on a carbon credit-based structured finance transaction.
Contributing to the development of green best practice within the finance sector, Broere is a member of the LMA’s sustainability committee. Broere also lectures at the Utrecht University summer course on sustainable finance and law.
