Manuel Requicha Ferreira co-heads the banking, finance and capital markets practice at Cuatrecasas and stands out for his expertise in renewables project finance, sustainable debt finance and green bonds issuances.
In a €350m mandate, Requicha Ferreira is advising a syndicate of international lenders on the financing to repower a 144 MW renewables portfolio. Requicha Ferreira is also advising the lenders on the provision of project finance facilities to Sonnedix to acquire and develop a 262 MW solar portfolio.
Requicha Ferreira is a member of renewables association APREN and provides pro bono advice to the Digital with Purpose movement.
