Heading the energy real estate team at Foot Anstey, Kutahya Cherry advises developers and investors across the full lifecycle of solar, storage, wind, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects.

In a key mandate, Cherry advised Innova Renewables on the sale of a 400 MW ready-to-build battery energy storage project in Cumbria. Within the mandate, Cherry assisted with all property aspects of the deal.

Cherry sits on the CBI Energy Transition working group, where she helps influence the national consultation process to deliver clean energy infrastructure within the UK. Cherry also utilises her Carbon Literacy accreditation to help push forward the firm’s internal sustainability initiatives.
