Kromann Reumert’s Kumaran Thavarajah is a leading authority on the structuring and financing of major domestic and global renewables assets.
A key client is Ørsted, whom Thavarajah advised on the establishment of its Kalundborg CO2 hub as well as the customer agreements which govern the storage and transport of CO2. In a further key mandate, Thavarajah acted for EIFO in its financing of the 202 MW Lotus Wind farm in Illinois.
