Co-heading the energy practice at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Jean-Pierre Delvigne stands out for his expertise on the corporate, development, and finance aspects of major renewables mandates.

Acting for the lenders Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC and Bpifrance, Delvigne advised on the €300m financing of a 350 MW agricultural, rooftop, and ground-mounted solar portfolio to be developed by Arkolia.

Delvigne is deeply engaged within the business community on energy transition issues, serving as an active member of industry association Syndicat des Énergies Renouvelables and its legal commissions for wind, solar, and self-consumption projects.
