Flemming Pristed heads the ESG and sustainability practice at Poul Schmith and serves as a notable authority on the voluntary carbon markets as well as the interpretation of the ESG regulatory suite.
Pristed regularly advises major domestic clients on the financing and contractual aspects of major carbon capture and storage business models, helping support the feasibility of carbon removal projects and scale-up the carbon markets.
A regular academic thought leader, Pristed co-authored a Danish textbook on Sustainability Law and lectures on the topic at the Faculty of Law of the University of Copenhagen.
