Fanny Mahler heads the public law practice at Linklaters and is a key expert on public contracts, environmental, and regulatory matters.
Acting for the General Directorate for Energy and Climate, Mahler advised on the design, drafting, and implementation of the French state support scheme for producing low-carbon and renewable hydrogen. The mandate is crucial in delivering state aid to emerging and impactful hydrogen projects.
In a pro bono mandate, Mahler is supporting the structuring and legal feasibility of the Rocade solaire project, which is working to install solar panels along Bordeaux’s roads.
