Orteu advised cosmetics sector association STANPA on its obligations for packaging waste under the Extended Producer Responsibility scheme. Orteu is also advising the client on the establishment of an EPR system under the Single-use Plastic Directive.
Orteu helps drive the firm’s sustainability agenda and, contributing his knowhow on environmental and ESG regulation, co-leads the environmental pillar of its sustainability group. Orteu also represents the firm at the Spanish Group for Green Growth.
