Heading the energy and energy transition sector group at Osborne Clarke GmbH & Co. KG, Daniel Breuer is an expert on commercial, corporate, and finance mandates in the renewable power and BESS segments.

Breuer regularly advises Blue Elephant Energy on EPC and PPA agreements, project finance, and transactional matters concerning its solar and battery storage project portfolio.

Breuer is a member of the advisory council to the German Federal Wind Energy Association and also served as co-editor of a renewable energy finance handbook, in which he authored chapters on the financing of battery and green hydrogen projects.
