A sustainability expert, Berthold Hofbauer at Heid und Partner Rechtsanwälte frequently undertakes client work and specialised training on green public procurement, socially responsible public procurement, sustainability law, and greenwashing.
Beyond his advisory work, Hofbauer is a lecturer at ANKÖ Academy on sustainable procurement and at FH Burgenland on sustainability law. He also serves as the exclusive procurement law expert for So Fair, an initiative of Climate Alliance Austria which seeks to promote socially sustainable procurement.
