A key client is the Swiss Federal Office for the Environment, whom Hösli is advising on the development of its implementation guidance on climate-related commercial claims. The mandate supports the government in establishing standards to minimise corporate greenwashing.
Having finalised a PhD on directors’ duties and climate-related due diligence, Hösli remains a key academic thought leader as the developer and teacher of the sustainability law course at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.
