Standing out for her transactional experience, Amandine Delsaux at Jones Day is a key contact on renewables and decarbonisation mandates.
In a €1.57bn deal, Delsaux advised TotalEnergies on its acquisition of German renewables developer and operator VSB Group. Delsaux also advised Altarea on its entrance into the French electricity market through the acquisition from Repsol of Prejeance Industrial, which owns a 42 MW operational and 400 MW development-stage solar portfolio.
Delsaux is highly active within sustainability-focused industry associations, including co-organising the Women in Infra event for energy transition and infrastructure professionals. Delsaux is also a member of France Renouvelables.
