Holsgrove Jones demonstrates a wealth of expertise on the creation of climate-conscious contracts within the real estate space. Holsgrove Jones is currently leading the testing of The Chancery Lane Project’s TCLP Labs, an AI-enabled, digital platform which seeks to boost the access to and adoption of climate-focused contracts.
Holsgrove Jones also developed and launched the firm’s ESG lease health check, which helps users identify sustainability opportunities within commercial lease portfolios.
