Leading the renewable energy department at Advokatfirmaet Haavind AS, Aksel Tannum offers longstanding expertise on green power regulation, litigation, and transactions.
Demonstrating deep engagement in the hydropower sector, Tannum advised Å Energi Vannkraft in the acquisition of the Trælandsfoss plant and of an 85% stake in hydropower operator AS Saudefaldene. Tannum is also assisting Hafslund Kraft in the development of the Frosen hydropower plant.
Tannum co-leads the firm’s relationship with industry association Renewables Norway, supporting it and its members in advisory and contentious matters which aid the sector’s growth.
