The 45-minute panel discussion will explore the history, advantages and disadvantages of DPAs, the practicalities of seeking a corporate DPA and the impact on key stake holders, the impacts of covid and the recent Barclays ruling and where the use of technology can help prepare and respond in DPA cases. The 45-minute discussion will then be followed by an open Q&A session.
