Ricardo Ongkiko has 32 years of experience handling a broad range of cases involving contract disputes, corporate restructuring, debt recovery, infrastructure and engineering disputes, intra-corporate controversies, insurance cases, and tort. He also has extensive experience in international and domestic arbitration dealing with commercial and construction disputes. He has also provided corporate compliance services, having served as director and corporate secretary of several corporations. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is an accredited arbitrator in all Philippine arbitration institutions, as well as in several international institutions in, among others, Hong Kong, Seoul, Dubai, Vienna and New York.
